Levante / Malvarrosa Beach:

The Malvarrosa beach or ´Playa de Levante´ is easily reachable from Valencia city centre by metro, bus and car as wel as on foot and by bicycle using the cycle path.

This is a beautiful sandy beach with great facilities and water sports equipment available to rent bordering the clear crystal blue Mediterranean Sea where visitors can experience the pleasant sea breeze in their leisure time.

Pineda Beach

Playa de Pinedo is located south of Valencia´s port and offers a good range of basic services for public use like beach umbrellas, chiringuitos & rest rooms as well as access and assistance to the disabled. It is a golden sandy open beach with an area of dune vegetation.

Sports to be practised here are sailing, windsurfing and jet skiing. Any danger is signalised by flags with the Red Cross owning a longboat for emergency cases.

At Pinedo Beach there is currently a promenade under construction. Due to these works, the structure is changing and will have better facilities in due course after the above improvements.
